Every pipe that Kevin Arthur crafts consists of the finest components available including plateaux briar from the Mediterranean region and exotic decorative materials from around the globe. He uses cast Acrylic and Polyesters from the USA as the stem material of choice for their lasting beauty and ease of care.

Each pipe that Mr. Arthus crafts has the following features: An open airway of 5/32" from bowl to stem. All stems are "Easy Draw" in that the airway tapers from 5/32" to 5/64" and are funneled at the button. The stem thickness at the button is 4mm +/- and comfortable. He uses Delrin tenons exclusively on all pipes. Most bowls are coated to provide a finished look to the pipe and for easy break in.
